Glare from ‘fryscraper’ building melting car by increasing local temperature

Till yesterday, I had listened that greenhouse effect is the reason of global warming or increase of temperature, however today I could not able to believed that a building is the reason for increasing temperature.

The 37-storey tower known as the Walkie Talkie in the London financial district had created some chaos in nearby area, when it started melting cars and cooking eggs.

It is nicknamed as Walkie Talkie because of its flared shape, however due to its concave shape it is able to concentrate the sun heat around a place making temperature increase up to (113 Fahrenheit) causing.

Local businessman faced the problem with his Jaguar when it got melted (a little bit near some parts) due to the reflection from the building.

Even local shopkeepers are facing the problem when, their roof top and furniture are getting hot.

Due to damage done by it, people started telling the tower has the "Walkie Scorchie”, while others are dubbing it a "fryscraper”.

Physicists have suggested that the concave shape of the "Walkie Talkie" is responsible for the problem, focusing sunlight into a concentrated beam.
