well, yesterday I posted about "manually deleting virus by using registry editor and windows task manager". Think if both of your registry editor and task manager is disabled by the virus. then what will you do? That will be a problem.
Here is the solution to enable your task manager and registry editor manually if it is disabled.
1. go to run(winows+R) and type "gpedit.msc". it will open Group policy editor window.
2. go to "user configuration" ->"Administrative Template" -> and choose system.
3. on right side you can see many option, one of which will be Prevent access to registry editing tools.
4. Go to its properties and disable it to access your registry editor.'
5. similarly for enabling your task manager go to "user configuration" ->"Administrative Template" -> "system" -> and choose ctrl+alt+del option -> remove task manager.
6.go to its properties and disabled it to start your task manager.
7. ready to go. your task manager and registry editor is enabled. :)
