  1. Regular brushing and flossing is one of the most effective ways to get rid of gum disease. Last time when I consulted with my dentist in New York for gum disease treatment he asked me to use electric toothbrush that has a rotating and oscillating action. I use electric toothbrush and brush my teeth twice daily to get rid of gum disease. Thanks for sharing such preventive methods of gum disease and I’ll definitely try to use fluoride toothpaste to brush my teeth.
